WELCOME TO THE RENTON COMMUNITY FOUNDATION

The Renton Community Foundation is a 501 C3 not-for-profit organization comprised of groups of charitable funds established by individual donors and local non-profit organizations, benefiting such causes as healthcare, the arts, education, youth and families, even senior emergency pet care. Today, RCF serves the greater Renton area and beyond with over $6 million and over 40 individual funds. Our goal is to connect donors to the causes they care about most, while partnering with local charitable organizations to increase efficiencies and strengthen their ability to deliver critical services.

The Renton Community Foundation’s vision is to shine as an educational, artistic and humanitarian light, stimulating a climate of generosity and charitable giving in the Renton area.

Designed to be flexible, yet responsive, today the Renton Community Foundation manages over $3 million and 40 separate funds for a variety of worthwhile causes in the greater Renton area. And we’re growing all the time!

The majority of the money managed by community foundations is designated for other purposes and not theirs to use for operations. Therefore, RCF relies on a small management fee (1%) off all funds on account, interest income off its own funds, and contributions for unrestricted purposes. We can always use your support.
