| Mr. Covington has served as the City of Renton’s Chief Administrative Officer since 1990. He is involved with local, state and national city management organizations and currently serves as a board officer for the Communities in Schools of Renton organization. He also volunteers his time with a local Boy Scouts organization and his church.
