Parties with a Purpose

Renton Community Foundation has launched a new series of events designed to bring together old friends and new, while helping to expand philanthropy in the greater Renton area. Depending on the series and themes of the parties, guests can select from an array of events running from the “dress up and dazzle” to the “let’s be casual.
Are you intrigued with food from other cultures? Are you curious as to what’s behind some of those picture windows on the lake? Do you like meeting new people and exploring new surroundings? Does cruising on Lake Washington aboard a private yacht reach the top of your list? Or, do you like to tour elegant homes with an eye toward owning one of your own in the future?
You can do all of that and more if you join us for PARTIES WITH A PURPOSE. Purchase tickets for two, or get together with friends and buy tickets for your group. Or, you can buy out the entire party! It’s all up to you.
Our generous hosts will offer you a selection of unique themes, gourmet menus, unusual settings, beautiful homes, wonderful entertainment and/or the opportunity to be a participant in bringing particular themes to life. And, the portion of your contribution that exceeds the value of the meal and entertainment will be tax deductible. What could be better than that?
Every party is different and you can come to one, or come to all - but not unless you are invited! These parties are not open to the public. If you would like to be included on the invitation list or know of someone who should receive an invitation, be sure to let us know.
