RENTON COMMUNITY FOUNDATION
The Renton Community Foundation was created in 1999 as a mechanism to, 1) expand philanthropy in order to help meet the ever-growing need for resources in our community, 2) connect donors to the causes they care about most, and 3) support and strengthen local non-profits.
Designed to be flexible, yet responsive, today the Renton Community Foundation manages over $3 million and 40 separate funds for a variety of worthwhile causes in the greater Renton area. And we’re growing all the time!
How is RCF funded? The majority of the money managed by community foundations is designated for purposes other than operations. Therefore, RCF relies on a small management fee, interest income off its own funds, and contributions for unrestricted purposes.
RCF CORPORATE PARTNER PROGRAM
Our Corporate Partner Program is a primary way RCF can bring unrestricted dollars into the Foundation while being a good business partner.
It’s a win-win situation.
How you can help
The Renton Community Foundation invites local businesses to consider becoming an annual Corporate Partner by sponsoring one of our events of promotional pieces. Your unrestricted gift will not only help RCF meet its objectives to expand philanthropy in the Renton area; it will help RCF maintain operations and plan for the future.
