Tribute Gifts

The Renton Community Foundation accepts individual gifts in honor, or in memory of a friend or loved one. This can be a wonderful way to pay tribute to someone important in your life. There are several ways to make a Tribute Gift. |
ONLINE
You can make a tribute gift by using your credit card. Click on
to access the secure, online payment form. You may leave your gift unrestricted, or designate your gift by clicking on the drop-down list of funds. Then, be sure to indicate the honoree by filling in the Tribute line. If you wish the Foundation to notify the honoree of your gift, please be sure to fill in that person's full name and address. You will receive an acknowledgement with the amount of your gift for tax purposes. A letter announcing your generous gift (no amount is given) will be sent to the honoree. |
TRIBUTE CERTIFICATES
If you would like to send your own acknowledgement of the gift, you may print one of our colorful Tribute Gift Certificates (birthday, anniversary, sympathy, thank you, etc.) and mail it on your own once you've made your gift.

GIFT ENVELOPES
You may send a check to the Foundation using one of our gift envelopes. These include a place to identify if the gift is in honor of someone. It also includes a space to provide us with their name and address. An acknowledgement letter is mailed to the donor for tax purposes. A second letter will be sent to the honoree if the name and address information is provided. No amount is indicated. If you don’t have one of our gift envelopes, please give us a call at (425) 282-5199 or email us at lbohart@rentonfoundation.org.
You may also just send us a check with a note, telling us to which fund you would like your gift designated and the name and address of the person being honored. It's really very simple.
